Wash potatoes, steam with skin, peel and cut into pieces. -Prevent starch loss and potato granules from being caught.
Chicken can use the meat of its favorite part. I used chicken leg meat, picked it with a knife and cut it into small pieces. Put the chicken pieces in water for later use.
Green pepper, red pepper and onion can be cut into pieces or shredded.
After buying the pineapple, cut it thin and marinate it with salt water to remove the astringency. Then cut into granules for later use.
Next, put it in a wok, heat it with proper amount of oil, and then add green pepper, red pepper and onion to stir fry. Add potatoes and pineapple and continue to stir fry. Add the right amount of salt and soy sauce, stir well and take out the pan. Put it aside.
Rice, before preparing the above ingredients, wash the rice in advance and cook it in an electric cooker.
Take out the cooked rice and spread it on the bottom of the rice drying container. Spread the fried dishes evenly on it. Properly compact with a spoon.
At the top, sprinkle a thick layer of cheese. I use mozzarella cheese.
Put it in the middle layer of the oven, 180 degrees 15 minutes, and then take it out.
