(1) copy the fried noodles in boiling water for no more than 1 min;

2。 Delicious and easy-to-cook tomato and mushroom pasta
Big tomato. Because we wanted to make tomato juice, we used about four large cups.
Chop tomatoes, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil slowly. At this time, you can cook spaghetti in another pot.
The order of feeding is particular! When the tomatoes are almost ripe, add chopped chives.
Put it in a pot and cook it together.
To add flavor, add onion to taste. I cut about one and a half large onions in it.
Finally, add fresh mushroom strips. When I buy mushrooms, I like to choose small ones, which are more fragrant. It's time to season. I put some sugar, salt and chicken essence, and finally added cheese. The cheese will be fine after it is completely dissolved.
Noodles are cooked, too!
Add ingredients and you can eat! ! Eating more tomato-flavored food in summer will really increase appetite.
3。 chow mein
Ingredients: spaghetti, shredded lentils, shredded pork, tomatoes, onions and garlic.
Seasoning: soy sauce, vinegar, salt and oil (corn oil, camellia oil or olive oil is recommended).
Practice: put the pasta in a steamer and steam it. Stir-fry shredded pork and lentil together, and add some salt to serve. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion, stir-fry steamed noodles (noodles should be broken into 5 to 10 cm long by hand), add salt, garlic, tomatoes, soy sauce and vinegar, and add appropriate amount of water (if you are not sure, you can add less at a time, and more when it is not enough). If you add too much water, the noodles will be burnt. If you add too little water, it will be too hard and not delicious. After all the water in the noodles is soaked by tomatoes and the noodles are basically cooked, add the previously fried shredded pork lentils and stir fry together. After the bowl is filled, it tastes better with sausages and elbow flowers bought outside.
