1 Soak the first dish in clean water for half an hour, peel it and cut it into filaments.

Matters needing attention
Steamed head vegetables need more oil, so choose pork with pork belly. If steamed with lean meat, put more vegetable oil.
If there is no appetizer, you can also use mustard tuber. Soak mustard tuber in water for fifteen minutes before rinsing, otherwise it will be too salty.
At first, I put some shrimp in it and steamed it together. Later, I found that the taste was not as good as that without food, so I didn't need it.
