As soon as you hear that I have no experience, say to me, "All right, go back." If I need more details, I'll tell you. "After many failed interviews, I summed up the reasons for my failure. There are two main reasons. On the one hand, I am too arrogant and my own quality has not reached a certain level. On the other hand, I didn't give myself a good position and find my own position.

This time I worked for 45 days, and I got not only the material gains of 600 yuan, but also a lot of valuable experience in dealing with people. In these 45 days, I suffered some hardships and tasted the hardships of life for the first time. I know how many waiters work with me in the hotel. We work together, so at work, we all look at things and do things, and everyone is afraid of suffering. Just doing some superficial work, I thought everyone couldn't see it. In fact, everyone can see it, and so can the boss. People like that are never optimistic and don't pay attention at all. On the contrary, those who work hard have never been abused by their bosses. From this, I summed up an experience of doing a good job. I must do everything with a heart that is not afraid of hardship, do my job conscientiously and responsibly, let the boss value you and do my work better and better.

There is another thing that makes me feel the demand for talents in this society and the importance attached to the position of ability. In the store, only some waiters do some simple ordering work, while others only do some heavy work. One of the key reasons is the difference in ability. Some people are always lazy, do not take the initiative to familiarize themselves with recipes, and do not have the ability to order food. The boss said, "Don't blame me for always making you do heavy work."

This society is like this. As long as you have talent and knowledge, you can do the lightest work and the least things, but what you get is several times or even dozens of times that of others. I think all this is my precious wealth, and I will continue to work hard and struggle in this direction!
