The lotus seeds are soaked for use.
Second step
Glutinous rice flour is kneaded into dough with water, and then kneaded into jiaozi.
Third step
Add water to a small pot and cook the lotus seeds first. When they are almost ripe, add jiaozi and cook until they float.
Fourth step
Pour in red bean porridge and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar and starch until it thickens.
