1, sausage braised rice
Wash mushrooms and soak them in cold water 4 hours in advance. Remember to leave the water soaked in mushrooms for later use. Wash and drain all the ingredients that need to be cleaned for use. Slice mushrooms, slice sausages, dice carrots, cut corn kernels with a knife, and dice peppers and garlic. Wash the rice, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and mix these seasonings with the rice evenly.
Add oil to the pot and heat it. Stir-fry Chili and minced garlic first, then add mushrooms and sausages. Stir-fry for a while, then add corn kernels and diced radish. Add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and stir-fry for about half a minute. The ingredients don't need to be fully cooked.
Put the seasoned rice, fried sausage and corn into the rice cooker, and then pour in the prepared mushroom water. The last is the normal cooking mode. Put it away and stew it in a rice cooker for a few minutes. Open the lid and stir it evenly to eat.
2. Sausage and potato risotto
Wash the rice, put it in a rice cooker, slice the sausage, and cut the potatoes, carrots and mushrooms into small pieces. Fry the sausage in hot oil, add potatoes, carrots and mushrooms, stir well, take it out and put it in a rice pot. Add 2 tbsps of light soy sauce, 1 tbsps of oyster sauce, 2 tbsps of light soy sauce, 2 tbsps of sesame oil and appropriate amount of water and mix well. Start the rice cooker to cook firewood, cook it, open the lid and stir, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
3, pumpkin chicken leg risotto
Soak dried mushrooms in soft water and chop them. Keep the mushroom water for later use. Boneless chicken leg and cut it into small pieces, add a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little chopped black pepper and a spoonful of starch, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Stir-fry onion and garlic in oil, add mushrooms, stir-fry chicken legs until they change color, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce and a little salt and sugar, pour pumpkin and stir-fry evenly, add boiled mushrooms, and turn on high heat. Wash the rice, pour it into the rice cooker, pour in the fried side dishes, add water and ingredients, turn on the clay pot rice button, and when the time is up, add chopped green onion and mix well.
4. Sausage risotto
Slice mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and green peppers, and cut sausages into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and stir-fry until fragrant, add side dishes and stir-fry until fragrant. Add half a spoonful of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry for two minutes. Wash rice, put it in a rice cooker, and spread the fried side dishes. Add the normal amount of rice and press the stew button.
5. Braised potatoes and risotto
Sauce mixing: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. Peel and dice potatoes, dice carrots, wash rice and stew in an electric cooker. Pour oil, potatoes and carrots into the pan, stir-fry for a while, pour in the prepared sauce, and then turn off the heat. When there are 10 minutes left in the stew, pour in the fried diced potatoes and carrots, cover the pot and continue to stew for 10 minutes, then take out the pot and stir evenly.
