It is said that pickled garlic began last year. If we think it is still in the exploratory stage, we have an idea now.
Nowadays, fresh garlic has reached the end of sales, and the price has also fallen to the lowest price. It is just the right time to produce delicious garlic.
You don't have to go to great lengths to wash the bubble, just peel and cut the pedicle, put it in a clean container, sprinkle with white sugar and pour with white vinegar.
If you like sweet mouth, add more sugar. When you keep your mouth shut and wait patiently for two months, sweet and sour sugar and garlic can be easily obtained.
Exercise:
1. Peel fresh garlic and keep 1~2 layers, cut off the upper part of garlic and keep only 1cm, and cut off the pedicle surface.
Put it in a clean bottle.
3. Add sugar and white vinegar into the bottle alternately several times.
4. Wrap the bottle mouth with plastic film.
5. Tighten the bottle cap.
6. Turn the bottle upside down and shake it to make the sugar dissolve in the white vinegar quickly.
7. Put the food bag on the bottle and tie it tightly to prevent the liquid from overflowing.
8. Leave it in a cool and dry place for about two months.
Tips:
Keep it clean when peeling, and don't get wet.
Marinate for about a month, and you can open a bottle to taste. If you feel sour, you can add sugar to adjust it.
