I use the ACA 40L (I don’t like crowded spaces, haha, so I bought a big one to roast a whole 3-4 catties fish or a whole turkey. just right). Full of functions, but the price is on the high side.
When I first bought it, I compared several brands, such as Changdi, Gree, TOMATO, etc., and finally chose ACA.
1. I suggest you search online. I have heard of ovens exploding before, but I can’t remember the brand.
I don’t really like the push-button door opening method similar to that of a microwave oven. I think it has hidden dangers (this is totally my personal opinion). Pay attention to the glass door.
2. It also depends on the workmanship of the oven. Generally, the outer layer is made of metal such as steel or stainless steel. My husband said that the one I have is not very thick (I think it is just fine). Then I looked at the screws he drove. Some of the screws were crooked, so I definitely shouldn’t use them.
3. Look at the heating method of the oven. I have seen that some ovens cannot adjust the heating method of the upper and lower fires independently, because some things only need to be baked on a single fire.
4. Look at the location of the oil pan. In some ovens, I personally feel that the position of the oil pan is unreasonable. Although it is more beautiful, it is not practical.
5. If you buy an electric oven, it is recommended that you buy a thermometer so that you can know the difference between the temperature of the oven and the scale when you use it for the first time. It is best to adjust according to the recipe and the actual temperature of the oven in order to make delicious food.
