Four-color fried corn

Ingredients: 1 corn, 50g peas, mushrooms and winter bamboo shoots, appropriate amount of red pepper, vegetable oil, onion, ginger, cooking wine and refined salt.
Exercise:
1. Soak mushrooms in warm water, wash red peppers and winter bamboo shoots, dice, pull out corn and wash.
2. Blanch corn kernels, peas, mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots and red peppers together, remove and drain.
3. Put oil in the wok, add onion and Jiang Mo until fragrant, add cooking wine, refined salt and drained five-color raw materials, and stir-fry until tasty.
Production points: Mushrooms should be soaked in warm water. Mushroom water can be used for other purposes because of its rich nutrition.
Sweet and sour pineapple

Ingredients: pineapple 1 piece, agaric 50g, starch, vegetable oil, salt, soy sauce.
Exercise:
1, auricularia auricula soaked and sliced, pineapple peeled and cut into pieces.
