I bought fresh red mushrooms in the market, washed them for later use, washed the black-bone chicken and cut them into pieces, put the black-bone chicken in a pot with cold water, and put ginger slices and cooking wine to boil the bleeding foam.

It's been cooking for 40 minutes. Before turning off the fire, you can add appropriate amount of salt according to your personal taste.
