Ingredients: 280 grams of rice and 2 salted duck eggs.
Accessories: lettuce, salt 3g, orange, salad dressing, sushi vinegar 15ml, carrot, cucumber, ham, golden radish and pork floss.
Exercise:
1. Prepare all materials.
2. Slice the ham, slice the cucumber to remove the seeds in the middle, take the yolk from salted duck eggs, and shred the carrots.
3. Add sushi vinegar and salt to the rice.
4. Stir well. Rice is not so sticky at this time.
5. Spread a piece of seaweed on the roller blind, then spread rice and flatten it with a spoon. Don't spread rice at the front end of 1cm, otherwise it will be difficult to put it away.
6. Put cucumber strips, shredded carrots, salted egg yolk (which can be slowly kneaded into strips by hand), dried pork floss, golden root and ham strips on the rice near one end in turn, and squeeze in a proper amount of salad dressing.
7. Roll up the bamboo curtain. While rolling up with one hand, fasten the rolled bamboo curtain with four fingers except the thumb and pull it in your own direction. Pull the other end of the bamboo curtain with the other hand and pull it in the opposite direction.
8. After all the rolls are rolled, squeeze the bamboo curtain rolls with both hands (so that the wrapped laver rice will not be tight).
9. Remove the roller shutter and cut it into a width of about 1.5cm. Wash the knife with clean water every time, and the incision will be neat and beautiful.
10. Just put sushi in a lunch box, spread lettuce with orange lunch.
