1. Prepare ingredients: potatoes, salt, onions, Chili noodles, cumin powder, pepper noodles and monosodium glutamate.
2. Remove a little skin from potatoes and keep a part of the skin, so that potatoes with a little skin will be more fragrant, washed and cut into pieces. Soak in clear water to remove excess starch.
