Quantify according to your own preferences (buy Xiamen and Haiti, the taste is more authentic. )

Stir it with hot water, or it will become a ball after cooking (it is sold in eight major markets in Xiamen and Jiangtou Market).

Operation method: 1. Pour the oil first, then preheat it and stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant. Don't fry for too long, or they will be rotten and ugly one by one.
2. Pour in sand tea powder and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add rock sugar, salt and chicken essence.
After boiling, the sand tea soup is ready.
