Recipe practice:
1. Put pepper, ginger and tomato into a blender and break (or chop) them and put them into a container.
2. Add bean paste, salt, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce in turn and stir.
3. Then boil it with a small fire (only small bubbles can be generated when boiling), turn off the fire and put it aside to cool.
4. After cooling, add minced garlic and chicken powder and stir again.
