250g of dried duck wings, 250g of dried duck feet, 3g of star anise, 3g of fragrant leaves, 3g of passion fruit, 3g of Jiang Sha, 3g of dried tangerine peel, 3g of dried pepper, 3g of ginger, 3g of garlic, 5g of millet pepper and wine pepper, 50ml of soy sauce, 0/50ml of soy sauce/kloc-,20ml of oil consumption, 5g of rock sugar and 3g of salt.
Cooking steps

Wash the bought duck wings and feet, scald them with boiling water once, cook them slightly, and remove some raw salt. Drain the water after taking out the pot, and then stir-fry the remaining water on the pot.

Wrap the fragrant leaves, star anise, passion fruit, crystal sugar, dried tangerine peel, dried pepper (cut or cut in half) and galangal with emery cloth, and make a marinade bag. Take out the pot again, pour in 3 cans 1500 ml of snowflakes, pour in soy sauce, soy sauce and oil consumption, and add marinade to boil. Add duck wings and feet, millet pepper, wine pepper, ginger slices and garlic slices. Add salt after the fire boils.

Cover the pot, simmer until one third of the beer is left, and continue to use fire, because it will taste quickly.
