Generally speaking, the proportion of protein in the heat distribution of main nutrients is 10% ~ 15%, sugar 55% ~ 70%, and fat 20% ~ 30%. When physiological state changes, environmental changes, diseases and other situations occur, reasonable changes should be made.
The rational adjustment of obese people's diet should be considered from the following aspects.
