How to arrange dinner reasonably?
Reasonable arrangement of diet is the premise of reasonable nutrition, supplementing the energy source of human body, inhaling and excreting water are the requirements of human metabolism, and adequate inorganic salts and vitamins are indispensable substances for normal function of human body. To constitute reasonable nutrition, we must do the following:

(1) The total heat can meet the needs of human body.

(2) There should be a reasonable proportion between nutrients.

(3) It must contain inorganic salts, essential trace elements, vitamins and other supplementary nutrients.

According to the general requirements of nutrition and the living habits and living standards of our people, the recipes that can reasonably provide daily energy are (calculated by percentage):

20% ~ 40% of grain, 8% ~ 16% of eggs, meat and fish, 0/2% ~18% of oily food, 0/6% ~18% of dairy products, and 5% of sugar and sweets.

Generally speaking, the proportion of protein in the heat distribution of main nutrients is 10% ~ 15%, sugar 55% ~ 70%, and fat 20% ~ 30%. When physiological state changes, environmental changes, diseases and other situations occur, reasonable changes should be made.

The rational adjustment of obese people's diet should be considered from the following aspects.

(1) The diet should be comprehensive and reasonable, and three meals a day should be accompanied by staple food, meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, vegetables and fruits.

(2) Reduce calorie supply, eat less sugar, be less greasy and exercise more.

(3) Dining time, no food for three meals a day, and the calorie arrangement is 25% ~ 30% for breakfast, 40% for lunch and 30% ~ 35% for dinner.

(4) Multi-dimensional diet, vegetables should be kept fresh, properly fried, and less fat should be used.
