Recipe practice:
1. pry open the shell of swan egg and discard it.
2. Cut off the black part of the shellfish and rinse it for later use.
3. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 20 minutes, wash it, cut it into pieces and put it into shellfish.
4. Chop garlic for later use.
5. Put half of minced garlic in the pot and saute with peanut oil.
6. Stir-fry minced garlic and salt-free minced garlic in a bowl.
7. Put minced garlic evenly on the shellfish.
8. Put on a fresh-keeping bag and steam in a steamer for ten minutes.
9. Put the chopped green onion into the dish, boil the peanut oil, pour it on the chopped green onion, mix the soy sauce well and put it into the shellfish. Enjoy it.
Recipe tip: Add peanut oil when mixing fried minced garlic with raw minced garlic and season with a little salt.
