Ingredients: ginger, oil, cooking wine, sugar, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce.
Steps:
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, add shredded ginger, cooking wine, sugar, salt, black pepper and a little soy sauce, mix well and marinate for more than 20 minutes.
2. Slice all green peppers and carrots for later use.
3. Put oil in a hot pot and pour in the marinated chicken and stir fry. Add some salt and soy sauce when it is half cooked, and stir-fry the chicken until it tastes good before serving.
