Therefore, mushrooms are often used to assist in the treatment of smallpox and children's measles, as well as clearing away heat and toxic materials and lowering blood pressure. In recent years, medical research has also found that100g of dried mushrooms contain 265mg of vitamin D (ergosterol), which can be used to prevent rickets in infants and promote the normal growth and development of children's bones, teeth and body. Mushrooms contain adenine and various enzymes, which can be used to prevent liver cirrhosis and treat various diseases caused by enzyme deficiency. In addition, Lentinus edodes is a kind of polysaccharide, which can not only lower blood pressure, but also improve human immunity, and has a certain effect on cancer prevention. 1On March 25th, 989, Professor Zhang Shuting, a United Nations expert and president of the International Tropical Mushroom Society, wrote an inscription praising Qingyuan Lentinus edodes: "No buds, no leaves and no flowers have their own fruits; Edible, medicinal and nourishing, the whole body is a treasure. 1. Stewed vegetables with mushrooms
Ingredients: half a catty of Chinese cabbage, three or two washed mushrooms and torn into small pieces, four chopped shallots, a large piece of ginger juice, a proper amount of salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, and a tablespoon of starch, chicken essence or monosodium glutamate.
