1. Material: 300g of dried shrimps, and appropriate amount of thin-skinned green peppers. Accessories: corn oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, onion and garlic.
2. Wash and drain the dried shrimps. Cut onion into chopped green onion, garlic into pieces, and pepper into small pieces.
3. Open a big fire and put oil in the pot (oil is more than usual cooking). Fry the dried shrimps in hot oil for a while.
4. Add chopped green onion and garlic and stir-fry until the color of dried shrimps becomes transparent, and turn to medium heat.
5. Add pepper and stir well.
6. Finally, add some salt and season with monosodium glutamate. Just turn off the fire, plate up and enjoy the food.
