1. Elementary level
Those who meet one of the following conditions are national vocational qualification level five

Those who meet one of the following conditions are national vocational qualification level 3
(1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate for this occupation, continue to engage in Have worked in this profession for more than 4 years, have received advanced formal training in this profession for the required standard hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
(2) After obtaining the intermediate professional qualification certificate for this occupation, work in this occupation continuously for more than 7 years.
(3) College graduates or above who have obtained the intermediate professional qualification certificate in this occupation and have been working in this occupation continuously for more than 2 years.

4. Technicians
Those who meet one of the following conditions are national professional qualification level two
(1) After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, continue to engage in Have worked in this profession for more than 5 years, have received formal training as a technician in this profession, reached the required standard hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
(2) After obtaining the senior professional qualification certificate for this profession, work in this profession continuously for more than 8 years.
(3) Senior technical school graduates who have obtained the senior professional qualification certificate for this profession and have been working in this profession for 2 consecutive years.
5. Senior technician
Those who meet one of the following conditions are national professional qualification level 1
