Ingredients: vermicelli 100g, lotus root 1, leek 100g, 4 eggs, mushrooms 100g and 4 pieces of dried bean curd.
Accessories: corn oil 10g, ginger, salt, pepper oil, sesame oil, thirteen spices and warm water.
Steps:
