1. Add some water to glutinous rice flour, cassava flour, dried noodles, sugar and milk, pour into a container, and stir well to make a paste.
2. Then steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.
Stir every few minutes when steaming until it becomes transparent, take it out of the pot to cool, and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
