Composition:
5 cups of rice, 250g of peanuts, 200g of lean meat, mushrooms 12, 2 garlic sprouts and 2 celery.
Recipe practice:
1. Taomi, put in the rice cooker.
2. Measure the water and plug it in for cooking. Rice is measured by the meter cup.
3. Wash the peanuts with tap water first, pour them into the pot and add appropriate amount of boiling water 1.5 hours.
4. Wash and drain the soaked peanuts, pour them into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Soak the picked garlic sprouts and celery in clear water for about 30 minutes (sand and pesticides can be removed, and the vegetables will be washed more cleanly); Chop the cleaned garlic sprouts, separate the garlic sprouts from the leaves, and cut the celery into small pieces.
6. Pour a proper amount of warm water into the mushrooms for soaking, and shred the washed mushrooms.
7. Soak lean meat in water, thaw, wash and shred.
8. Heat oil in the pot, pour in shredded lean meat and stir fry. Stir-fry shredded pork until it changes color.
9. Heat the oil in the pot, pour in the shredded mushrooms and stir fry. Small and medium fires will slowly burst and the fragrance will be pushed to the side of the pot.
10. Heat the oil in the pan, add garlic and stir fry a few times.
1 1. Pour in garlic leaves and stir fry (add a little water to the pot to prevent garlic from burning).
12. Pour a little oil into the pot, add celery and stir-fry until cooked.
13. Take the peanuts out of the pressure cooker, drain them and pour them into the wok.
14. Pour in other fried materials and stir fry over low heat. Add salt, soy sauce and a little cooking oil and stir well.
15. Take the fresh rice that has been stewed for an hour out of the rice cooker, push the dishes to the side of the cooker, pour in the cooked rice, stir the rice and juice evenly before mixing the dishes, and then start.
