Zizyphus jujuba is the most famous rare specialty along the Yellow River in northern Shaanxi. Cooked spinning doghead jujube can pull out golden silk after opening. Its fruit is long and round, with brownish red skin and delicious pulp, hence the name "Lagoutou Jujube". Thin skin and thick meat, small core, fine quality and sweet taste.
