Add a small amount of cold water to the pot, pat until the water boils, then pour in a spoonful of edible salt, a spoonful of sugar, two spoonfuls of soy sauce and a spoonful of oil consumption, stir while cooking, add a proper amount of thickening powder when the water boils, turn off the fire when the juice is thick, sprinkle a handful of chopped green onion and a proper amount of millet pepper rings to decorate the color, and then pour the cooked seasoning juice on the tofu balls.
