1. Appropriate amount of mung beans, pick out the bad ones and throw them away, and cover the selected mung beans with 2-3 layers of germinated pot bottom.
2. Soak the mung bean with boiling water, and then stir it quickly with a spoon, so that the mung bean can be opened. Mixing is to prevent hot water from killing mung bean soup without germination.
3. When the water temperature is not hot, stop stirring when it is slightly higher than room temperature. Soak mung beans in water for 4-5 hours, and then pour off the water.
4. Cover the mung bean with a cloth or towel, press something on it, then cover it with a curtain or basin, and put the basin in a cool place indoors.

Wash mung beans with cold water every morning and evening, then cover them with cloth, keep the cloth moist and put them in a cool place.
6. You can sprout the next day and eat it in about 4 days.
Precautions:
1, raw mung bean sprouts should be protected from light as much as possible, otherwise mung bean sprouts will easily change color;
2, heat preservation should be placed under the pot, so that the temperature in the pot is higher, which is conducive to mung bean germination;
3, mung beans should be covered with a wet cloth, it is best to hold them down with something, so that the bean sprouts born are thicker;
4. Rinse mung beans thoroughly with cold water every day, and don't produce oil, otherwise rotten bean sprouts will easily appear.
