Main ingredients
7 grams of ice powder
Accessories
Adequate amount of brown sugar and boiling water
Powdered ice powder Steps
1. Take 7 grams of ice powder and put it into a glass container.
2. Boil a pot of water and prepare to pour the ice powder. The amount of water depends on your preference. If you like the ice powder to be hard and QQ, add less water (the general ratio is 1 gram of powder: 1-1.2 pounds of boiled water). If you like the ice powder soft and tender, add more boiling water.
3. Then, use a spoon to stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until everything is melted and no particles are visible with the naked eye.
4. Let it cool naturally (do not move the container during this cooling process, which takes about 1-2 hours).
5. After cooling completely, put it in the refrigerator (not frozen, but chilled in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before use).
6. In a separate pot, take an appropriate amount of brown sugar, melt it with water, bring to a boil, and let cool.
7. Put an appropriate amount of ice powder into a bowl and pour in the brown sugar juice (it is best to chill the brown sugar juice).
8. Serve.
