How to Stir-Fry Mugwort Leaves into Tea
Harvest fresh mugwort leaves, as long as there are 3 to 4 leaves on the top of each plant. Then the fresh mugwort leaves with water, rinse clean, and drain the water. Then use an iron pot, put the right amount of water, high heat boil and put on the steaming rack. Cleaned and drained leaves spread on the steaming rack, steam over high heat for about two minutes. When the time is up, open the lid of the pot and fish out the leaves to cool naturally. Stir fry with low heat to remove water until dry.

Pick fresh mugwort leaves, as long as the top 3 to 4 leaves of each plant.
