Pick fresh mugwort leaves, as long as the top 3 to 4 leaves of each plant.
The fresh mugwort leaves are then washed with water, rinsed and drained.
Next, use an iron pot, put the right amount of water, boil over high heat and put it on the steaming rack.
Cleaned and drained mugwort leaves spread on the steaming rack, steam on high heat for about two minutes.
When the time is up, open the lid and remove the leaves to cool naturally.
The following use low heat for frying, remove the water until dry.
