Ingredients
300 grams of fresh medium-fine rice noodles, 200 grams of shredded mutton, 80 grams of onions, 50 grams of green pepper, red pepper 50 grams, 10 grams minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soy sauce, a few black peppercorns, 1 tsp chicken powder, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, a little water < /p>
Method
1. Add appropriate amount of water to the hot pot, blanch the rice noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes, remove and drain the water, and simmer in a container for about 5 minutes spare.
2. Add all the marinade ingredients to the mutton shreds, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes; wash the onions, green peppers, and red peppers and cut them into thin strips and set aside.
