Hollow-out aluminum veneer is a kind of product which engraves aluminum veneer substrate with engraving machine. The aluminum veneer used for carving can be 1mm- 10mm, and the common one is 2 mm-4 mm. If the thickness is too large, the carving is difficult and the effect is low, and if the thickness is too thin, it is easy to be stamped and deformed. The shape of the engraving machine can be a round hole or a pattern pattern, and the proportion of the hollowed-out part is not limited, only enough supporting parts need to be reserved. Of course, for each customized hollowed-out aluminum veneer product, before production, experienced processing masters and designers must actually calculate the proportion of hollowed-out parts and supporting parts, and comprehensively consider the stress and deformation degree and machine limitations during processing. In the production process of hollowed-out aluminum veneer, enough modules must be reserved, and the four sides of its pattern must be white and not hollowed out, in order to increase the supporting strength of the whole board. In addition, the blank part needs to be bent, welded, polished and installed with corner codes. With these processes, our hollowed-out aluminum veneer can be perfectly installed and fixed without leaving any defects.

The conventional hollowed-out aluminum veneer is punched out with professional engraving equipment, and the pattern has certain restrictions, which is more suitable for the regular pattern and shape processing.
