On August 8, 1999, "Little Sheep Hotel", the predecessor of "Inner Mongolia Little Sheep Catering Chain Co., Ltd.", opened at No. 22 Wulan Road, Kun District, Baotou City. It is such a small store that now has a condiment base, two meat industry bases, a logistics and distribution center, an export agency, multiple domestic and foreign catering management areas; 360 hot pot chain stores throughout the country's provinces, cities, districts and Overseas markets such as the United States, Japan, Canada, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates have become a large-scale international catering chain company. The way of eating mutton in hot pot has been in my country for a long time. However, the traditional mutton in hot pot is dipped in small ingredients, and the ingredients are complicated. In addition, the smell of mutton is not accepted by southerners, so it has certain regional characteristics.
