How to make a self-serve barbecue dip ?
Chinese:
In a pot put the appropriate amount of soy sauce. Wine. Oyster sauce . Garlic paste. Ketchup. Lemon juice. Salt. Cumin. Pepper. Five spice powder. Chili powder. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir well. Marinate the meat or dip it in the sauce. Marinate for more than two hours or overnight
Korean Style:
Wash and cut pears. Make pear puree. Add some soy sauce. Brown sugar. Garlic. Salt. Sesame oil. Sesame seeds. Sesame seeds, chopped green onion and mix well. Marinate the meat for more than 2 hours and then grill it.
