Chicken legs or bones, salt and pepper, pickled.
Heat the pan, drain the oil, and medium heat the fried chicken pieces until they change color (fry the skin first, then remove the oil).
Peel onions and garlic.
Heat the soup pot, add oil, add onion and garlic and stir fry. Stir-fry a spoonful of sweet pepper powder, a little red wine and a spoonful of low-gluten powder. After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
After boiling? Season with chicken powder, salt and pepper, then cover and stew for about 40 minutes.
Halfway through, the potatoes are peeled, cut into olives and cooked together in a pot.
