Step one: Open the PS software and open the photos that need to be processed.

Step 2: Press Ctrl+J to copy the background layer.

Step 3: Select the "Filter--Stylize--Find Edge" option in the menu bar.

Step 4: Select the "Image--Adjustment--Decolor" option in the menu bar.

Step 5: Open the paper material, move the paper to the picture, cover the picture area, and then click the "Apply" button.

Step 6: Move the paper layer below the image.

Step 7: Select the picture layer, right-click the mouse and select "Blending Options", and select Linear Burning as the blending mode.

Step 8: Complete the operation, the final effect is as shown in the picture below.
