Flower pepper general drying process
1, low-temperature drying stage
Drying temperature 35-37 ℃, running time 8-10 hours. Pre-drying, fresh pepper fruits and stalks and branches fluffy, moisture content of 70% -80%. The hot air quickly take away the pepper surface moisture, and let the pepper in low temperature to remove moisture not oil, low temperature color fixing.
2, medium temperature drying stage
Drying temperature 37-40 ℃, running time 5-7 hours. Drying in the middle, pepper fruit and stalks and branches contraction, pepper stacking density in the oven to increase, this stage of the pepper water content down to about 20%, and complete the bursting of the shell.
3, high-temperature drying stage
Drying temperature 40-45 ℃, running time 2-3 hours. Pepper further dehydration and drying, moisture content is less than 10%, to reach the standard of dry products.
Special dryer for peppercorns:
1, load the freshly picked peppercorns into the peppercorn tank, set simple parameters and start the dryer.
2, set the low and medium temperature for drying, temperature 35-39 ℃, running time of about 10 hours.
3, set the medium-low temperature for drying, temperature 40-45 ℃, running time of about 10 hours. Can complete the drying of pepper.
