Ingredients: 350 grams of shrimp, 1 egg
Ingredients: 3 grams of Sichuan peppercorns, 5 grams of chili, 10 grams of green onions, 5 grams of ginger, 10 grams of garlic, 1 dry starch tablespoon, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
1. Cut the pepper into sections, and slice the onion, garlic and ginger.
2. Wash the shrimps, add dry starch, ginger slices, pepper and eggs, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, add the shrimps and stir-fry over low heat until light yellow.
4. In a separate pan, add Sichuan peppercorns and saute until fragrant, then add dried chili peppers and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Put the shrimps into the pot and continue to stir-fry until the shrimps turn golden brown. When the shrimps are 60% dry, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly before serving.
