After cutting the eggplant, put it on a plate, then put it in a steamer basket and turn on the heat to start steaming. While steaming, peel the garlic and press it into a garlic paste. Prepare a bowl, put some sesame sauce, then put the garlic paste in it, then pour some soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and apple cider vinegar, mix well. When the eggplant is steamed, take it out and pour the sauce over it.

Prepare 1 eggplant, 10 grams of garlic, salt, a little sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, water and oil. The garlic is tapped with the back of a knife, peeled and minced, the eggplant is washed and steamed, cut into even strips and placed on a plate. Mix salt, sugar, soy sauce and water to make a sauce, and pour it on the eggplant strips.
