1. Soak the glutinous rice first and soften it into a bowl.
2. Add appropriate amount of water into the pot.
3. Steam on high heat for about half an hour.
4. Steam until the rice is cooked.
5. Add the thinly sliced bacon, cover the pot and continue to steam for a few minutes.
6. Open the lid of the pot and sprinkle a few chopped scallions on it, turn off the heat and serve.
