1. Lettuce in oyster sauce:
A spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, half a spoonful of starch, a little water, stir well, boil lettuce and blanch it. Stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil, pour in the juice, boil and pour in the lettuce.
2. Cumin potato chips:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Fry them on low heat until golden on both sides. Add cumin powder, Chili powder, cumin grains, white sesame seeds and a spoonful of salt, stir well and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
3. Mapo tofu:
(1) Cut the old tofu into pieces and boil for one minute.
(2) Add minced garlic, dried chilli and prickly ash into the hot oil, stir-fry until fragrant, and add a spoonful of bean paste to stir-fry red oil.
(3) Pour in a bowl of clear water, add tofu, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce and a little sugar. After boiling, turn to low heat for five minutes, pour in half a bowl of water starch, and cook until the soup is thick. Sprinkle chopped green onion before taking out.
4. Pepper dried tofu:
A spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of starch, and half a bowl of clear water, stir well, and add onion and garlic to the hot oil until fragrant. Add a spoonful of bean paste, stir-fry red oil, add green pepper, fungus and carrot, stir-fry, add bean skin and sauce, and cook until thick.
5. Hot kohlrabi:
Stir the seasoning juice, one spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of aged vinegar, half a spoonful of oyster sauce and white sugar, and a proper amount of chicken essence and salt evenly for later use. Add minced garlic in hot oil, stir-fry dried peppers until fragrant, pour in washed cabbage, stir-fry over high fire until soft, and pour in the juice and stir-fry evenly.
6. Stewed cabbage vermicelli:
Stir-fry the vermicelli in water, fry the shallot, garlic, pepper and cabbage until soft, add vermicelli and juice, stir well and serve.
7. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes:
Wash the tomatoes, blanch them in hot water for two minutes, peel them, break up the eggs, add a little salt, pour a little more oil into the pot, add the egg liquid, stir-fry the chopped green onion, pour in the tomatoes, add a spoonful of soup, throw away the salt, and half a spoonful of soy sauce. Stir-fry tomatoes into soup, add eggs and stir fry.
8. Braised eggplant:
(1) a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of starch and half a bowl of water, and stir well.
(2) Peel the eggplant and cut it into pieces. Add two spoonfuls of starch and mix well. Stir-fry eggplant in hot oil, stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil until fragrant, stir-fry tomato to get juice, stir-fry eggplant with green pepper for a while, and pour in sauce to cook until thick.
9. Stir-fried beans:
Cut the beans, dry them, fry them in a pan, and take them out for later use. Stir-fry the dried peppers, minced garlic and pepper with a little oil in the pan, pour in the beans, and stir-fry two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of sesame seeds, a little salt and chicken essence evenly.
