Ingredients
An appropriate amount of dried cabbage, 250 grams of pork bones, 150 grams of lean meat, 8-10 red dates, 5 slices of ginger, an appropriate amount of salt

1. Soak dried cabbage in cold water for fifteen minutes. After soaking until soft, wash and cut into sections; cut lean meat into large pieces; wash pork bones with warm water.
2. Put all the ingredients into a clay pot for making soup, add two large bowls of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Simmer over low heat for about five hours. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste when serving.
