The following are spring seasonal recipes:
1. Three fresh potatoes
The three fresh potatoes are mainly potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, green peppers, ginger, sugar , soy sauce and other auxiliary ingredients.
Preparation steps:
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into slices, cut the tomatoes and green pepper into chunks, and slice the eggplant into slices.
Heat the pot and pour oil, sauté the chopped ginger until fragrant, add potatoes, eggplants and tomatoes and stir-fry.
Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce, add a little water and continue to stir-fry until the tomatoes become pureed, then add green chili peppers.

2. Sunshine kelp
Production steps:
Soak dried kelp, drain and shred, wash and shred carrots.

Finally add shredded kelp and fry until cooked.
3. Braised spring bamboo shoots in oil
Ingredients: spring bamboo shoots, dark soy sauce, sugar, light soy sauce or soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt.
Method:
Wash the spring bamboo shoots, flatten them with a knife, cut them into strips, and then cut them into sections.
