2. Find the Insert button at the top of the main interface of Excel, and select the pie chart below, as shown in the figure below.
3. At this time, a drop-down box will pop up, and you can choose the required pie chart presentation mode, two-dimensional or three-dimensional.
4. After selection, you can see a blank white box in the main interface, and the top menu bar will automatically jump to the bottom of the design bar. You can define the color composition style of the pie chart after making it.
5. Next, add relevant data information in the Excel table. Take a month's consumption as an example. After filling in, move the mouse to the white box, click the right mouse button, and select Select Data under the right-click menu, as shown by the arrow in the figure.
6. The dialog box for selecting data source pops up, and drag the mouse to select the data area filled in in the previous step. As shown by the data in the red box.
7. After releasing the mouse, a dynamic dotted line will appear around the selected area, and the selected data will appear in the Select Data Source dialog box. Click the OK button in the lower right corner.
8. This completes the making of the pie chart. You can clearly see the proportion of each consumption in the total consumption this month.
