③ powder. Bingpeng powder, Xilei powder, Indigo Naturalis powder, Yangyin Shengji powder and Huanglian powder are the main traditional Chinese medicine drugs for treating oral ulcers. In addition, compound betamethasone powder also has the functions of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and promoting ulcer healing.

④ drug film. Its matrix contains antibiotics, cortisone and other drugs. When it is used, the ulcer should be dried first, and the medicine film with the size similar to the lesion area should be cut off and pasted on the ulcer, which can relieve pain, protect the ulcer surface and promote healing.

⑤ analgesic. For example, .5% ~ 1% procaine solution, .5% ~ 1% dyclonine solution and .5% ~ 1% tetracaine solution are applied to the ulcer surface for two consecutive times to temporarily relieve pain before eating.

⑥ cauterization. Suitable for the elderly with few ulcers and small area and intermittent period. The method is to anesthetize the ulcer surface with 2% tetracaine first, then dry the ulcer surface with moisture, and then dip a small cotton ball smaller than the ulcer surface with 1% silver nitrate solution or 5% tincture of triacetate or iodophenol solution on the ulcer surface until the surface turns white. These drugs can precipitate protein on the ulcer surface and form a thin film to protect the ulcer surface and promote healing. During operation, it should be noted that the liquid medicine should not be dipped too much and the adjacent healthy tissues should not be burned.

⑦ local closure. It is suitable for periglandular aphtha. Add 1ml of 1% procaine solution into .5 ~ 1 ml of 2.5% acetic acid prednisolone suspension, and inject it into the lower tissue of ulcer once or twice a week, and use it 2 ~ 4 times, which can accelerate the healing of ulcer.

⑧ laser therapy. He-Ne laser irradiation can activate the process of mucosal regeneration, reduce inflammatory reaction and promote healing. The irradiation time is 3 seconds to 5 minutes during treatment, and it should not be more than 5 lesions at a time.

(2) systemic therapy. Because the etiology is still unclear, the treatment effect is not ideal.

① immunosuppressant. At present, it is believed that this disease is related to autoimmune diseases. In recent years, some cases have been treated with immunosuppressants. If it can be confirmed as autoimmune disease by examination, immunosuppressants have obvious curative effect. The commonly used drugs are adrenocortical hormone: prednisone 5mg per tablet, dexamethasone .75mg per tablet, 3-4 times a day, 1 tablet each time, and the dosage will be reduced after 5 days of disease control, 5-1 mg per day, and the total course of treatment will be 7-1 days. If the course of treatment is long, antibiotics should be added to prevent the spread of infection. For severe Behcet's syndrome, 1mg of hydrocortisone can be given after hospitalization, or 5mg of dexamethasone and 1g of tetracycline can be added to 5% ~ 1% glucose solution, and the amount can be gradually reduced after the condition improves.

It should be forbidden or used with caution for patients with gastric ulcer and active tuberculosis of diabetes.

② immunomodulators and enhancers.

levamisole: used for those who need to enhance cellular immunity. Adults take 5mg three times a day for 2 days, and stop taking drugs for 5 days, with 2 ~ 3 months as a course of treatment. The common side effects are headache, fatigue, joint pain, etc. In a few cases, granulocytopenia may occur, and routine blood tests should be done regularly during the treatment.

gamma globulin: it is suitable for patients with decreased humoral immunity. Inject 1 (3ml) intramuscular injection in the acute stage of ulcer, and inject 3ml again after 1 week if necessary. It is not suitable for long-term use. Excessive use will lead to the inhibition of human immune response, which is called feedback inhibition.

transfer factor: it can transfer the immune function to the non-immune body to restore its immune function. It is suitable for patients with decreased or defective cellular immune function. 1ml contains 5×19 white blood cell extract, and it is injected into the site with abundant lymphatic reflux, such as 1ml per time under the armpit or groin, once or twice a week, with 1 times as a course of treatment, which usually takes one course of treatment.

Vitamins: Vitamins can maintain normal metabolic function and promote the healing of lesions. When the ulcer breaks out, .1 ~ .2g of vitamin C is given three times a day, and one tablet of vitamin B complex is given three times a day.

female hormones: if the onset of female diseases is related to menstrual cycle, the estrogen diethylstilbestrol .1mg can be used cautiously, once a night, and continuously for 2 days from 5th day after menstruation.

Trace elements: those with decreased serum zinc content. The condition has improved after zinc supplementation, and 1% zinc sulfate syrup can be used, 1ml each time, 3 times a day; Or zinc sulfate tablets, .1g each, 1 tablet each time, 3 times a day. Vitamins are riboflavin derivatives, which contain various vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and some coenzymes necessary for human body. Vitamins have certain effects on patients with gastrointestinal diseases and can promote ulcer healing, 1g each time, 3 times a day, and can be taken for a long time without side effects.

TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation: those with yin deficiency and excessive fire should be treated with nourishing yin and clearing heat, and the prescriptions such as Liuwei Dihuang Pill, Yiguanjian and Ganluyin should be added and subtracted, while those with spleen and stomach holding fire should be treated with clearing stomach and reducing fire, such as Qingwei Powder and Liangge Powder, and drugs such as compound Danshen Tablet can also be used to improve the condition.
