Leukocyte decline, mainly seen in leukopenia, is a group of symptoms caused by a persistent decline in peripheral white blood cell count. Typical manifestations are dizziness, fatigue, limb weakness, loss of appetite, depression, low-grade fever

The main etiology

①White blood cell production disorders, including by the stem cells of the proliferation of reduced or regenerative disorders.

② Excessive destruction of leukocytes, due to infections, immunological factors, which reduce leukocytes in the peripheral blood.

③ Abnormal distribution of granulocytes, increased leukocytes in the marginal pool and decreased leukocytes in the circulating pool due to various reasons.

Analysis of the general common causes of low white blood cells are excessive fatigue, viral infections, typhoid fever, etc., or because of drugs.
