Ingredients
Cauliflower, lean pork, carrots, green peppers, cornstarch, salt, sugar, chicken powder, olive oil (can be replaced with any flavorless oil), garlic
Methods
1. Rinse one piece of lean pork with live water;
2. Slice it into thin slices (as in Picture 2)
3. Slice all the desired meat pieces into thin slices;
4. marinate the meat with cornstarch + salt + sugar + chicken powder + olive oil;
