Tinea of ??the hands, commonly known as foie gras among ordinary people, is mainly caused by dermatophytes infection of the skin of the palms. It can be divided into three types according to its clinical symptoms: vesicular type, papular type and keratinized type. Usually the onset is unilateral.
The vesicular type is characterized by pinhead-sized blisters on the palm of one side. The walls of the blister are thick and shiny, containing clear liquid, distributed in groups or scattered, and the itching sensation is very obvious; papulosquamous tinea manuum manifests as unilateral erythema on the palms.
