Braised Beef Brisket
Practice:
1. Beef brisket blanched in cold water with onion, ginger and wine, blanched, popped onion, ginger and garlic, peppercorns, chili peppers, sesame seeds, star anise, and soybean paste sautéed with red oil, add beef brisket stir fry evenly, add a spoonful of oyster sauce.
2. Add a lifetime of pumping, add a spoonful of old soy sauce, stir fry evenly, add the right amount of hot water and 4 rock sugar simmer for 40 minutes. Add radish and garlic granules and cook for 20 minutes, add salt to taste and reduce juice over high heat.
