3 Lay out a piece of pre-purchased wonton skin, put the 5 slices of banana cut in the previous step on one side of the skin as a whole, and turn the other side over to cover the banana. It's best to use square wonton wrappers, I bought round ones, but the round ones are not easy to work with.
4 Press the edges with a fork, so that the top and bottom layers can be tightly fitted together, but also press a skirt effect, so that the pie overall looks a lot better. Be sure to press hard and firmly, because wonton skins are not very sticky, a few more times, you can press firmly.
5 pot of oil, slow frying on low heat, must be small fire, if the paste is not good-looking nor delicious. But also diligently turn over, because the bottom side is flat, above this side is raised, turn over the time to take care of the pie crust, to see if it has become yellow, if there is still white, that is not fried, all fried, out of the pan on the plate can be.
