1 some glutinous rice flour

How to make banana sticky rice cake ?

First, peel the banana ?

Chop the banana with a knife

Add an egg. You can add another egg if you want to lighten the flavor of the banana. Bananas do get too sweet if they are too big.?

Stir

Add the glutinous rice flour and stir, not too thin. Personally, I feel that too much glutinous rice flour will make you tired, according to your own preference!

Pour in enough butter to prevent it from sticking to the pan, and fry slowly over low heat.

Flip it over and use a spatula to flatten it a bit and fry it.
